News: Dairy Queen $5 Buck Lunch

Dairy Queen is now offering a $5 Buck Lunch deal during lunch hours (11 am – 4 pm). The new $5 Buck Lunch gives customers a choice of either a 1/4 lb GrillBurger, three chicken strips with choice of dipping sauce, or an all-beef Chili Cheese Dog.

Dairy Queen $5 Buck Lunch Deal

All $5 Buck Lunch deals come with an order of french fries, a drink, and a DQ sundae which can be topped with any of the following toppings: hot fudge, chocolate syrup, caramel, peanut butter, marshmallow, banana, strawberry, cherry and pineapple.

The sundae option can be swapped for a Blizzard treat for an extra $1. All in all, this looks like a pretty solid lunch deal. A burger and fries will set you back more than $5 at most fast food restaurants.

  1. My local DQ (2 blocks from my house) is one of the few that still has butterscotch. The downside is, they don’t offer the $5 lunch! Booooo! So I have to go to another location if I want to try that, and a caramel sundae just won’t do. I guess hot fudge is always a classic, though.

  2. Some of the DQs also have mint sundaes but you have to ask as it’s no longer on the official menu.
